Description

Swing in to Select Therapy Crosslake to test your Sit-to-stand skills on Thursday, September 24th during Crosslake Days. 

This challenge is free and is a part of the Crosslake Chamber of Commerce weekend of events! The 30-second Sit-to-stand challenge is a quick fun way to test your balance and leg strength. Do you think you've got what it takes to top the leaderboard? 

Come in and take the challenge! 

We will provide you with information about your results and how they compare to others your gender and age (data for 60-year-olds and older is available). We look forward to meeting you!
