Congratulations to Crosslake locals, Tracy and Ann, who found the lost medallion after the third clue at the Robert Street boat launch!

Round up the family and get outside to search for the 2024 Lost WinterFest Medallion! Somewhere within the City limits of Crosslake lays, hangs, dangles, or sits the medallion.  One of three clues will be released daily at 9 a.m. to guide you to its location. 

 Here's a few tips:

• No need to search in the dark. That's just creepy. Stick to the daylight hours so the police don't get calls.
• Please don't trespass, it will NEVER be located on private residential property.
• Please don't break, remove, or disassemble anything! 
• Be friendly!  Hundreds of families are hunting for it with anticipation, frustration, and excitement! 
• HAVE FUN and help celebrate the winner!

Clue #1 

Welcome to Winterfest Twenty Twenty Four 

Unfortunately there is no snow in store

The medallion will be located outdoors, but NEVER on private residential property and NO destruction of any property is necessary to find it. If you think the medallion is located at a business location, please inform the staff or owner that you'll be peeking around for the medallion. ALWAYS be respectful and courteous of others and all property as you search.

The 2023 medallion was found after 6 clues were released on Sunday by Tom Kirzeder of Merrifield.  The medallion was frozen inside a coffee cup, hidden at the base of the Stop Ahead snowmobile trail sign in front of the Immaculate Heart Catholic Church.
