Event Speakers

CEO since 2018, Kristi Westbrock has been a dedicated individual and leader of the company for many years. Westbrock is a native of Browns Valley, MN. She has been employed with CTC since 2007 and has several years of telecommunications experience under her belt. Westbrock has been an involved individual in the Brainerd Lakes community and has served as the Past-Chair of the Brainerd Lakes Chamber of Commerce.

On July 25, 2022 Jose Alba became President of CentraCare - Long Prairie. Alba grew up and graduated from Staples-Motley High School. He received his Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead and earned his health care MBA from the University of Mary, Bismarck, N.D. He currently holds fellow status through the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on boards for two local non-profits. He also is working to become a certified rural hospital CEO through the National Rural Health Association.
