"A Reflective Journey" Water Mixable Oil Paint Along

Guided by local artist, Sara Porter, enjoy an afternoon of painting the mystical northern lights shimmering above a blanket of snow. This painting is in water mixable oil, offering us the advantages of oil paint, without the stinky mess. Unlike acrylic paint, this paint stays wet, giving us a longer working time to create the soft, blended finish that oil painters love. NOTE: Prepare to leave with a moderately wet canvas. We will send you home with a small box to set it in for travel. We advise our painters to hang their unframed painting right on their wall and let it rest for a couple weeks to allow for adequate drying time. No prior experience necessary to attend this class. We take painters at all levels. The flexibility of this paint makes painting a scene such as this much easier. Follow along, step by step, and you will be amazed at the results! 12×16 stretch canvas (beginning with a black canvas)
