2026 Crosslake Days Search for the Lost Chili Pepper

We're kicking off Crosslake Days with a fun family and friends activity! Round up the gang and get outside to search for the Crosslake Days Lost Chili Pepper! Somewhere within the City limits of Crosslake lays, hangs, dangles, or sits the Lost Chili Pepper! One of three clues will be released daily beginning Thurs. Sept. 24th at 9 AM to guide you to its location.  

The pepper will NEVER be located on private residential property, and NO DESTRUCTION or DISASSEMBLY of ANYTHING is necessary to find it.  Please heed and be respectful of this statement.  

Find it, and present it immediately at The Yellow House (36084 CR 66) to receive your prize basket valued at thousands courtesy of Crosslake Chamber member businesses!

The 2025 Crosslake Days Chili pepper was found by Susan and Camden Petersen of White Bear Lake for finding the Lost Chili Pepper Crosslake Days 2025! 🌶️🔎 They located the chili pepper underneath the new bench across the street in front of the old Judy’s House of Gifts on Clue #2!
