Meet the Host
Linden Hill Historic Estate was built in 1898 on 9 acres overlooking the Mississippi River, the neighboring homes of the Weyerhaeuser (green mansion) and Musser (white mansion) families now offer the perfect historical setting for educational experiences, volunteering, special events, group lodging and more. The mansions, along with most structures on the property, are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The estate is currently owned by the City of Little Falls and governed by a group of dedicated volunteers known as The Friends of Linden Hill. The non-profit organization was created in 2007 to preserve and protect the living and structural history, as well as the spirit of the Musser and Weyerhaeuser homes. They work to showcase the houses and their history now and for the future. Linden Hill Historic Estate provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable wedding, event and lodging.
