WinterFest 2023 Coloring Contest

Description

RULES:

• Everyone is welcome to participate. 
• One entry per artist. Age groups (5 and under), (6-9), (10-14), and (15 plus). 
• Entries must be completed and submitted by Saturday, February 4th at 11 am. 
• Late submissions will still go on display, but may not ne eligible for voting. 
• Winner need not be present to win.

VOTING:

• Voting takes place on Sat. Feb. 4th during the SoupFest cookoff from 12 - 3 pm. 
• One vote per person and counts towards final selection. 
• Prize for winners of the four age categories. US Life Guard approved life jacket.
