Description

Immersive 1hr 15m sound bath with Cindy using Himalayan bowls, gong, and chimes for deep relaxation. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, or gravity chair. Policy: 48 hours' notice required to cancel or reschedule; late cancels/no-shows forfeit the fee. Class requires a minimum of 7 registrations 48 hours in advance or it will be cancelled
