Matt Russell is the Corporate IT Manager for CTC, with 18 of years of experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and IT Leadership within the Brainerd Lakes Area. He has spent his career leading digital transformations, securing businesses, and building a culture of technology that drives intelligent decision making and safe operating practices. A Brainerd Campus CLC graduate that has spent his entire career with Brainerd area businesses, previously serving as Director of IT for Grand View Lodge and their affiliated businesses, as well as time at Mills Automotive Group, Gullview Technologies, Clow Stamping, and other area staples. Matt currently serves as Vice Chair of the Minnesota Telecom Alliance Cyber Security Committee and is a member of the Central Lakes College Computer Technology advisory committee.

Greg Parks is with Xtona and is also the Director of Cybersecurity at 7Sigma Systems, Inc., with more than 20 years of experience in broadband and ISP network engineering. He specializes in network security, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance, and has led large-scale projects ranging from ISP backbone deployments to enterprise security transformations. Greg has held certifications including Fortinet NSE 5 and Microsoft MCSE, and earned his BA in Computer Science from The College of St. Scholastica. Outside of work, he serves as chair of the Central Lakes College Computer Technology advisory committee and has served as Chairman of the Board at the Brainerd Lakes Area YMCA. Greg is passionate about building secure, scalable solutions that empower organizations to grow with confidence.
