Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for all tactical marketing objectives, including lead generation, advertising management and reporting, content creation and management, Search Engine Optimization, social media management, and the maintenance of www.lindarcorp.com and www.Tenjam.com. This position serves as content director for photo and video shoots, and project manages more complex design work contracted with outsourced agencies. Has knowledge in CRM functionality and data mining. Works closely with HR in recruitment marketing and employee experience. This person should be self-motivated and demonstrate LINDAR’s core values (Initiative, Integrity, Relationships & Teamwork) on a day-to-day basis. The Marketing Specialist forecasts and manages marketing and advertising budgets accordingly. This person will work under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Product Development and alongside one other person with the potential for additional management opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees brand and product management of Tenjam’s proprietary products, including but not limited to Session and Splash products as well as other markets Tenjam might enter.
1. Manages www.lindarcorp.com and www.tenjam.com website and ecommerce platform, updates product listings using search-engine optimization customer-centric best practices. Runs all e-commerce promotions, sales, digital advertising, and email marketing.
2. Creative director for product and lifestyle visual content for brand properties, including website design updates and photo/video shoots
3. Maintains accurate product representation and visual assets in LINDAR customer portals.
4. Manages social media content organization wide
5. Packaging design
- Develops Tenjam brand and attracts leads for Tenjam
6. Develop web content, emails, and social media
7. Implement marketing automation, and develop prospect contact program
8. Manage lead generation ad campaigns
9. Find and attract companies in target industries (Custom Thermoforming, Food Packaging, Consumer Packaging, Retail, etc.)
- Tenjam Social Media Management
10. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
11. Create, schedule, and publish posts across Tenjam's social media platforms.
12. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.

- Support to Employer Brand
1. Assist Human Resources Department with recruiting by developing messaging for the website, job listings, social media, and other channels. Manages digital employment advertising, including geo- targeted ads.
- Content Creation and Management
1. Collaborates with content marketing strategist to develop monthly content calendars for all channels. Edits and approves all social media content using content scheduling platforms.
2. Builds on and integrates LINDAR cultural behaviors
- Support to Business to Business (B2B) Sales:
1. Designs and updates client-facing sales enablement tools such as company introduction presentations and handouts using Microsoft PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Lightroom, InDesign) using verbal and written instructions and feedback from the sales team and/or senior management.
2. Manages www.lindarcorp.com WordPress site, and coordinates project management for and ongoing SEO and content improvements with internal or outsourced resources. Writes copy and makes minor visual updates to web pages through use of graphics created in Adobe Suite and/or WordPress theme. Works with contracted marketing firm to manage major changes and updates.
3. Manages all B2B advertising through Google Ads platform and other channels.
4. Performs monthly, semi-annual & annual analysis of return-on-investment for manufacturing marketing efforts as well as forecasts, initiatives & opportunities for improvement.
5. Assists sales and account management teams in managing CRM (customer relationship management) platform.
- Works with customer service and account managers to improve customer experience
- Takes on projects to make customer processes more efficient for LINDAR, Tenjam and customers
- Manages automated emails to customers and phone virtual attendant options

PREFERRED and REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or another relevant field preferred
Experience and/or Training: Prior experience in Marketing or brand management is highly desired
Licenses/Certificates: Google Analytics preferred
Technology/Equipment: Demonstrated knowledge in the use of current technology, Microsoft office products, Google Analytics, Google Ads Platform, popular social media platforms, WooCommerce experience, Adobe Creative Cloud, Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central experience a plus. CRM experience a plus.
PHYSICAL and MENTAL DEMANDS:
This position spends most of the time sitting and sometimes walking through the manufacturing environment.
- It is necessary for this position to occasionally climb stairs throughout the day. 15 lbs. occasional lifting.
- Manual dexterity is required to perform normal day to day functions.
- Must demonstrate patience to successfully work through frustrating challenges and always present oneself in a calm, professional manner.
- Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The main working environment for this position is the standard climate-controlled office environment.
Occasionally, this position will be exposed to the plant environment. The plant environment is climate controlled as well and may include on occasion, exposure to heat, cold, noise, and odors. Personal protective equipment is required in appropriate areas.
