Job Summary:

Responsible for overall completion and satisfaction of all service repairs on heavy & medium size trucks, trailers, buses & RV's.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must complete basic to complex repairs without immediate supervision (depending on technician level).
• Will perform repairs not limited to; heavy and medium duty engine work, drive trains, hydraulics, preventative maintenance, and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.  
• Help maintain cleanliness and order in work area of the collision center.
• Responsible for reading shop manuals and using tools efficiently.
• Responsible for keeping current with changes in technology utilizing company dealership training, video library and written materials.
• Make suggestions and share ideas with the service manager to move the company forward and grow the department.
• Responsible for other duties as required or assigned.

Must have High School Diploma or GED. Industry experience and/or formal training is requested.
