About The Speaker:
Seth Neistadt is the Vice President of the Brainerd Lakes Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining the chamber, Seth was an award-winning business owner, consultant, and advisor. He was recognized as the Business of the Year for the 59th Assembly District of California for his community building initiatives and his work with Chambers of Commerce.

He has been featured in several publications including “Linchpin Magazine” with best-selling business author Seth Godin. Additionally, he speaks at national conventions and regional conferences on topics such as Community Building, Digital Products, Trends in Technology, Technology challenges in Education, Generational Divide, Member Engagement, Monetization Strategies for Chambers and Associations, and Responsive and Mobile Design and Development.

Neistadt has served a wide range of clients in a variety of specialized industries; startups, nonprofits, middle-market companies, and multimillion-dollar corporations.

He has over 20 years experience in executive leadership, technology and product strategy, product and project management, social media and marketing, organizational and staff development; having worked with large corporations, such as Hilton and MGM Resorts International.
 


About the Success Series:

The Blue Ox Business Academy's Success Series is a series of 90 - 120 minute professional development workshops held once per month from January through December. The goal is to give participants tangible, take away ideas that they can immediately apply to their work in order to gain new business, improve customer retention, save money, and/or market to new audiences. Geared for entrepreneurs, seasoned industry professionals, and budding leaders alike, the Success Series will give participants new ideas and strategies to immediately help grow their business and improve their professional lives.
 
Topics vary but will generally pertain to leadership, sales, marketing, customer service, technology, and human resources.  Most sessions will include both expert trainers and local business panels.
